DynaPel has signed a certified dealer agreement with the DSSL Group in the UK and received an initial order for several CloseView units amounting to around EUR 35,000.

With the Royal Docks Management Group seeking to improve overall levels of security in their area coupled with the fact that the Royal Victoria Dock Footbridge, allowing pedestrian access to the Excel Centre, was still operating on a very old ISDN line the Management Group sought to improve public safety by an upgrade to that part of their security system.

DSSL Group company CVSS Limited was successful in specifying and tendering for this work. The company made good use of its partnering arrangements and has installed Pelco Spectra IV Domes linked with TeleEye DVR and transmission equipment to provide a cost effective solution for the foreseeable future.

The new system has been up and running since February and the management Group are satisfied that they have a cost effective solution to the problem that met their requirements.
